SOUGHA PERFUMES offers a 15-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
The return must be made at the customer’s expense, including shipping fees.
The product must be sent back via registered post with insurance covering the value of the item to safeguard against loss or damage.
Only products returned in their original, complete condition will be accepted.
Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been used beyond simply opening the product will not be eligible for a refund or return.
The return period is effective from the date of receipt of the order.
