What payment methods do you accept?

  • Tabby (For UAE only)

An additional fee of 20 SAR applies to COD orders in Saudi Arabia.
We do not accept cheques.

Are gift cards available?

No, we do not currently offer gift cards.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

What is your return policy?

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 15 days of receiving the order
  • The order was placed by mistake
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The received item does not match the order

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Discounted items are not eligible for returns
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for incorrect shipments

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

No. Each order can only be shipped to one address.

Are there additional taxes or customs fees?

We do not charge extra fees. However, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Why do you request ID details for Qatar and Saudi Arabia?

Some countries require ID verification for customs clearance.
You may be asked to provide:

  • National ID
  • Passport
  • Other government-issued proof of residence

The details must match your order information. Once submitted, we will not request it again until it expires.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect all transactions.
Your card details and passwords are not accessible to our staff.
